Orange Quarter is working with an exciting Scale Up who are building a revolutionary product within a niche market. They are looking for talented Scrum Masters who are immediately available to join their dynamic team in order to increase efficiency, motivate and ensure quality and timeliness.

What to expect:

As one of the Scrum Masters in this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that are set out by the company. This will include facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflows and aligning with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5 plus years in a Scrum role ideally within a Start up/ Scale up
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc
  • Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices
  • Good skills to coach team and empower them by following Scrum
