Orange Quarter is working with a company that will change the game for finance in South America giving more people access to financial products.
They empower people who do not have bank accounts and give them away to pay for products, bills, and events using credit that can then be paid at a later date. Essentially, they are enabling people who don’t have an administrative presence to make digital transactions. This company is headquartered in Madrid but operates across countries in South & Central America and expanding and is fully remote
Orange Quarter is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer that is open to working fully remotely and has its own holding/B.V.
This will be their 1st hire for DevOps/SRE and up until now, all the work has been handled by the CTO. This is a really exciting time to join as you will have full autonomy on the work done to the platform and get to choose or revise certain technologies. At the moment, Weworks is managing their Kubernetes clusters and they are operating on GCP. You will be here to support their platform and automate as much as possible using Python or Golang.
The ideal candidate would previous experience or wants to learn enough about Kubernetes to take it back to their own control. As far as choosing technologies, Kubernetes on GCP is the only technology that is set in stone.
