They have some exciting  A*star clients, they are passionate about UX research and like to have fun while delivering the best service in the UX market. They are looking for experienced Dutch speaking UX researchers who are not only passionate and analytical but also fun, smart and can have a laugh while leading a team.

What to expect:

You’ll be researching user behaviours, wishes and needs while applying smart design thinking with qualitative research. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team, supervising other researchers while also playing a large role in client consultancy.

Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in UX, with 3 of these being in UX research
  • Fluent in spoken and written Dutch
  • Hands-on experience working in different types of projects, industries, and various research methodologies
  • You hold a vast amount of experience and knowledge in UX
  • Analytically strong and a tried and tested problem solver
  • You find joy in motivating and inspiring others
  • Deep understanding of UX research and design principles and methodologies
  • Ability to understand complex systems and requirements, and translate them to simple yet compelling experiences
  • Ability to conduct research and user testing, and translate them into actionable results
  • Experience with other research agencies is a plus!
