Serving more than 5000 clients from around the globe, the goal is to empower them with the ability to easily monitor and protect brand assets from anywhere in the world. They are looking for a Support Engineer to join their team based in Amsterdam.

What to expect:

You will be providing technical support for custom integrations, plugins, and other types of platforms. Be the expert in technical troubleshooting, product guidance and sharing our experience.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of working experience as a technical support engineer
  • Are excellent at problem-solving and have a talent for identifying creative solutions
  • Experience working in a Linux environment
  • Are familiar with at least one object-oriented programming language (Python, Golang, etc.)
  • Are a strong communicator, service orientated and team player
