What to expect:

My client is seeking an AI Product Lead to join a small, innovative team focused on developing AI systems that enhance investment strategies, operations, and growth within the private healthcare sector.

This is the first product hire, and they are looking for a customer-obsessed individual who can deeply understand user needs and work closely with engineering teams to build impactful solutions. The customers mainly being healthcare institutions and finance associates.

With a focus on execution, the candidate will drive the product’s evolution, prioritizing weekly results over traditional quarterly or annual planning. Success will be defined by the ability to adapt quickly, make real-time decisions, and create products that directly impact business outcomes and improve the lives of patients!

Requirements:

  • You’re confident in making bold decisions, approaching a multi-billion-dollar portfolio with a small technical team as an optimization challenge.
  • You excel at uniting diverse teams of investors, operators, and technologists, blending different perspectives seamlessly.
  • You have experience with AI agents and agentic software, solving complex problems that can’t be addressed by traditional methods.
  • Experience working in B2B Healthcare would be a plus
