Founded last year in the Bay Area, they’re on a mission to transform the documentation and reimbursement process for healthcare professionals—giving doctors and nurses more time to focus on patient care while significantly increasing revenue.

Their pilot product has already delivered significant impact for doctors, nurses and practitioners. With 200+ customers already signed before launch (B2B), a world-class team in place, and the backing of a well-resourced ecosystem, they are now searching for their first Chief Technology Officer (CTO)—a critical leader to drive their next phase of growth.

What to expect:

As CTO, you will define and execute the technical vision, scaling both the engineering team and product development. You’ll lead the creation of AI-powered clinical solutions that streamline healthcare operations while ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into existing systems. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you’ll also play a key role in fundraising and board meetings, shaping the company’s technical strategy for long-term success.

Requirements:

  • You’re a proven engineering leader with early-stage startup experience
  • Someone with a scrappy nature that thrives in a high growth environment
  • You excel at communicating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience in fundraising would be a big plus
  • Experience building and leading expert Engineering teams
