By leveraging AI, they help mid size companies streamline their ESG reporting, optimising processes and reducing costs. Using AI and machine learning, they collect relevant data to generate ESG reports more efficiently. Following a successful funding round and the release of their second version, they are now expanding their team and hiring a Data Scientist / Engineer, with plans for further growth in 2025.

What to expect:

You will lead the development of AI pipelines, focusing on RAG and LLMs. Your work will involve designing data pipelines, fine-tuning models, and ensuring real-time data feedback loops for improved accuracy. You will collaborate closely with the team to define AI-driven features that enhance the platform’s capabilities. This role is ideal for someone eager to work in a dynamic startup environment and make a real impact.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in Data Science, Data Engineering
  • Experienced in LLMs and RAG models
  • Expertise in data collection, processing, and pipeline development
  • Proficient in Python for AI and machine learning applications
  • Experience in AI observability, evaluation metrics and Azure AI is a plus
