Looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments from kickoff to launch. The role blends technical problem-solving, customer work, and implementation ownership. Great fit for someone who likes building, working closely with users, and getting solutions live in production.

About the role:

  • Own customer deployments from scoping through launch
  • Build integrations and workflows that connect AI agents into customer systems
  • Work closely with customers to turn operational needs into practical solutions
  • Improve agent performance based on live usage, feedback, and real-world results

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical or implementation-focused role
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and internal technical teams
