We’re working with a Berlin-based AI company building autonomous agents to modernise complex enterprise procurement workflows. The platform is designed to replace slow, manual processes with intelligent, self-optimising systems that operate reliably at industrial scale.
The technology understands unstructured inputs such as emails, documents, and PDFs, reasons over context, and executes end-to-end tasks across purchase-to-pay workflows within existing enterprise systems. Deployed in real customer environments, the product delivers measurable efficiency gains, cost reduction, and improved operational visibility, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability, and seamless integration.
As a Founding Engineer, you’ll help evolve a validated MVP into a production-grade platform used in mission-critical enterprise environments. You’ll build autonomous AI agents that transform high-friction workflows into durable, scalable systems, owning problems end to end—from first-principles system design through to production deployment.
This is a true full-stack role for a high-agency builder. You’ll work hands-on with agentic LLM solutions, backend services, modern web interfaces, and cloud infrastructure, while having meaningful influence over both product direction and engineering culture. The focus is on delivering real-world impact rather than experimental prototypes.
