This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the company’s end-to-end Data and AI engineering function. You will manage, mentor, and scale multiple teams across Data, AI, and Software Engineering, while working closely with the C-level leadership to define and execute the long-term AI and data strategy.
A central focus of the role is leading the redesign and rebuild of the core data platform to fully support AI product development. This includes ownership of Data Platform, Data Integration, and Infrastructure teams, and driving the adoption of modern LLM and agentic AI tooling to enable ambitious product roadmap goals.
You will operate at both strategic and execution levels—setting direction, enabling teams, and ensuring the organisation is positioned to leverage the latest developments in AI in a practical, scalable way.
