We are working with an exciting company in the gaming industry that is experiencing organic growth. Due to the development of a new game and some additions to their portfolio, they are expanding the software team with one Mid/Senior Backend Developer to work on one of their most popular games, or to potentially join the team that is developing their newest game!

What to expect:

As a backend developer at this company, you will be making sure the game remains up and running, maintaining and improving the microservices architecture written in .NET/C#. Experience in the gaming industry is not required, but affinity with gaming or sports would be a plus! You will be working alongside junior, medior and senior engineers and will be expected to mentor more junior team members as well.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a .NET developer, ideally with some Kubernetes and Microservice architecture experience
  • A valid European work permit, this company doesn't sponsor visa's
  • Ability to travel to the office in Zoetermeer 2x per week
  • Affinity or interest in the gaming industry
