Orange Quarter is currently partnered with a high performing Berlin based Software company, within the Automotive company who are building highly scaleable solutions for one of the most renowned automotive companies in the world. They are building the high performing, state of the art in car entertainment systems for this luxury brand. They have grown considerably throughout 2022 and have even bigger growth plans for 2023.
The role focuses on exciting, cutting edge projects which are pivotal to build out the software for the infotainment systems within all the cars, used globally. You will work with the main CI/CD platform team. This team enables the development, constant building, testing, and delivery of software throughout all the business by providing users with infrastructure, tools, and processes. You will oversee a team of 7 platform engineers and be predominantly hands off, however still being involved in architectural discussions as well as people management duties such as 1-1’s, hiring, roadmap and OKR planning etc.. The business and team are expected to grow considerably over the course of the next couple of years.
