The product uses industry-leading AI to streamline the outbound prospecting process, allowing reps to improve both quality and quantity of activity while providing key insights into individual & team performance.

They’ve recently raised an oversubscribed seed round after two years of bootstrapped growth, and sit at 20 headcount and growing rapidly.

What to expect:

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Principal Backend Engineer will be responsible for the scalability and performance of the SaaS platform as its user count increases exponentially in the coming months. You’ll work with the research team to deploy and optimize new ML models and architectures, constantly improving current backend and infrastructure code built with NodeJS/Typescript and Python languages.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years professional experience in software engineering with a strong backend focus
  • Expert-level Python skills
