Orange Quarter are working with a real-time, grid monitoring hardware product.  It is a serious solution for Germany’s energy lifecycle. They have over 30 million data points daily. The aim is to prepare their systems for 1 billion data points per day.

They use their realtime data, their network operators are given a detailed look into the power grid, that paves that way for ultra-intelligent networks, electromobility and energy transition

What to expect:

  • You will design and develop our services, from streaming applications to REST APIs. You are responsible for their availability, independence, and performance.
  • You will develop architectural concepts and make transparent implementation decisions for their data-driven software products.
  • Design and develop code in Golang – some Python. Their current stack is Kotlin & Java, but all new processes are written in Go.
