What to expect:

As their new Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in developing solutions for a leading digital-first custom manufacturer, mainly focussing on sports rehabilitation. With the company entering an exciting phase of rapid growth, they’re building a top-notch ML & CV team to enhance their 3D platform and automate manual processes related to injury assessment and rehabilitation devices.

You’ll tackle real-world challenges in 3D geometric vision, generative deep learning, and advanced machine learning. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll help establish best practices, solve complex data problems, and collaborate closely with diverse teams to drive innovation and deliver smarter systems that enhance product quality and improve athlete recovery and performance.

Requirements:

  • You should have 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure would be preferred
  • Ideally 8+ years in tech with prior mentorship experience supporting junior engineers.
  • Industry knowledge in Healthcare or Sports would be a plus but not required
