Their software allows anyone to easily and intuitively create and send newsletters for their huge client base of over 200,000 businesses such as Volkswagen and Check24. The company insures a GDPR compliant and user-friendly platform for newsletters to be clearly organised and designed, allowing their clients to market their products and services effectively.
They are looking for a German-speaking SRE to improve the company’s monitoring practices in order to maintain high platform availability, also establishing appropriate incident management processes. You will also help to influence platform architecture and establish standards and methods for distributed systems, as well as advising teams on technical questions for the platform.
