A profitable, AI-powered consumer and platform business operating at global scale is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead its monetisation and growth strategy. The company serves both individual users and enterprise customers, operates across mobile, web, and API surfaces, and processes high volumes of user-generated content daily. Following a successful Series B, the team is focused on sustained, data-driven growth and long-term product health.
You will own the monetisation and growth strategy end-to-end, working across multiple product squads and platforms. This includes optimising the full funnel from activation to retention and revenue, leading pricing and business model experimentation, and managing a large portfolio of growth bets.
You’ll operate at staff level, coordinating across product, engineering, data, marketing, and customer support to deliver measurable impact on key business metrics. A significant part of the role involves using experimentation and quantitative analysis to guide roadmap decisions, while balancing short-term revenue opportunities with long-term user value.
You will also partner closely with customer support teams to design in-app education and retention mechanisms that improve satisfaction and reduce churn.
