We are partnered with a Berlin-based, fast-growing tech startup that who are within the Freight Logistics sector – their aim is to modernise and how logistic teams move goods globally and more eco-friendly. They have built a platform/software, which you’ll be in charge of developing to the next step.

As their Lead Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of their fast-growing startup . This is a direct route to becoming CTO in the near future. Directly responsible for one Backend Developer in the team, whilst being hands-on in Development. You will Design, develop, and maintain their backend infrastructure using Python and FastAPI.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a backend developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
  • FastAPI experience, is of preference

  • Some experience with mentoring/leading a small team
