We are working with a well-known American retail business who have a European HQ based in Amsterdam. Historically more of a sports brand, they have transitioned more into the retail space and are undergoing a major digital transformation as we speak. Definitely a household name you’ll know.

What to expect:

This is the most crucial hire for them this year. With the core mission of continuing the growth of their e-commerce channel. Which grew in revenue by 220% last year! The position is a brand new role in the business. Mainly working on new innovations to the e-commerce experience and really optimising the customer journey on their websites, marketplaces, and stores. You will also be leading a team of 11 people in total with 4 direct reports, some of which are also managers.
