Orange quarter is currently looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Data Engineer to fill an exciting position in Berlin. You will join a multifaceted team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Video Game Developers providing solutions in the Gaming Industry.

They are an established, award winning Developer and Publisher. A major player in the free-to-play gaming space with tens of millions of registered players, they are also looking to develop new IPs. In order to achieve this, they are looking for a Data Engineer to develop and maintain warehouse design, data ingestion, and pipelines.

What to expect:

As part of their Mobile BI and New Games analytics team, you will support their games on all stages of their lifecycle and cover all data needs from telemetry design and new data integration to reporting. You will be working with data analysts and video game developers to create reliable data pipelines and improve Data Warehousing design.

Requirements:

  • Data Engineer with more than 3+ years experience
  • Experience with Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure and Snowflake
  • Good understanding of pipeline orchestration tools, data streaming, and data warehousing topics
  • Experience in product development, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment
