The consultancy is part of a bigger family, and has been established as a start-up to push articial and data science to the next level. You would work extensively in-house partnered with clients, rather than the usual project-based model. With a broad portfolio of clients, you retain autonomy in choosing your projects rather than being forced into a particular way of working. Support from the consultancy with training is strong, as is working flexibility. What to expect:

You’ll be working in close collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and flexible solutions. Day-to-day to will manage a long-term partnership with customers to deliver multiple data products, driving their data strategy forward and setting a future-facing architecture. Within this role you will also be facilitating the production of Machine Learning products from conception with control over the end-to-end data life cycle.

Requirements:

  • The technical approach is largely agnostic and solutions focussed dependent on business requirements. However, the typical tools and technologies they look for include Spark, Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kafka, NoSQL DBs, Hadoop, ElasticSearch, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of more than one programming language from Python, Java, Scala, R. SQL is a prerequisite.
  • Confidence in selecting and designing a range of infrastructural solutions from batch-processing pipelines to streaming pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills. You will be working with the business to architect scalable solutions and set a feasible roadmap for their delivery. Dutch is essential!
