Orange Quarter has partnered up with a scale-up that has gone from a handful of people in 2020 to almost 95 today, all that while securing more than 100 million in Series B. The company we’re working with is operating within the wholesale space and has really disrupted the way the industry works. They want to expand their tech team to keep on growing, optimizing, and automating their processes. Fundamentally, they are building a B2B marketplace facilitating purchases for SME’s giving them the opportunity to buy products in mass. They are generating €5M in monthly revenue, a testament to their impact and the solution they’re providing.
The tech team is currently made up of roughly 30 engineers, and the teams are set up in a cross-functional way. You will be working closely with the Director of Engineering and your team. Your day-to-day would include working on scalability challenges and optimizing and automating internal workflows. Their product is global and monthly revenue is in the millions, suggesting that the platform must be able to handle a high volume of requests. You can expect to work closely with all of the development team, helping others to work efficiently, constantly experimenting with new ideas, and optimizing existing ones.
