We are working with an innovative scale-up in the construction industry. They are building a platform that supports project teams in a knowledge-driven way of working, by providing them with an efficient project management tool.

They are now looking to hire an experienced engineer with the right mindset for a growing business to lead a small team of engineers and to look at architecture and scaling challenges as their client base grows.

What to expect:

You’ll be responsible for driving fast delivery, while ensuring a stable and scalable platform, and will be expected to drive speed through your own coding skill (this is mostly a hands-on engineering role). Besides this you will manage and mentor a small team of remote engineers and work closely with the Product team to define features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a software engineer, the majority of which building and scaling new products
  • Some experience with line managing or mentoring junior developers
  • Ability to deliver in the fastest-paced environments
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft stack and ideally with some frontend technologies as well
