What to expect:

As an Engineering Manager, your mission will be to lead and oversee the development of their products, Didit and Genesis. You will manage a team consisting of both product teams and cross-product support teams, with a primary focus on the technical aspects of the products. Your goal is to drive technical excellence, ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, and enhance the user experience through a user-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams, including hiring, mentoring, and providing guidance to team members
  • Hands-on experience with Python/Django, JS/Next JS, Docker, AWS/Terraform, SQS/Kafka, and Redis
