As an Engineering Manager you will be joining to oversee and grow the development teams. You will be required to coach the engineers to ensure the highest code quality and to keep the platform running smoothly. Essentially meaning that everything remains scalable.
You will be planning the production roadmap for your team and ensuring the engineers are producing high quality features for the stakeholders and customers.
