They are building the highest performing, state of the art in car entertainment systems for this luxury brand. They have grown considerably throughout 2022 and have even bigger growth plans for 2023.

What to expect:

The role is leading a group of 8 backend engineers, working with Go and Java predominantly on AWS infrastructure. You will be part of building the roadmaps, setting OKR’s as the team are consistently building new features for each car production. Also you will be conducting the 1-1’s, performance reviews as well as having a grip on all things hiring and growing the team too. It is 80/20 hands off/hands on, with expectation to be involved in system design and architecture calls and code reviews as and when required.
