The product uses industry-leading AI to streamline the outbound prospecting process, allowing reps to improve both quality and quantity of activity while providing key insights into individual & team performance.

They’ve recently raised an oversubscribed seed round after two years of bootstrapped growth, and sit at 20 headcount and growing rapidly.

What to expect:

Reporting directly to the CTO, the Head of Data will be responsible for all things data science & analytics in this fast-paced startup. While no two days will be the same, the role will involve building, guiding and mentoring a team of data scientists & analytics engineers, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas where analytics and machine learning can be used to improve decision making, and championing the adoption of data-driven methods across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years hands-on experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence at a software company (Series B or earlier is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, PowerBI, and other common data tools & platforms
  • 3+ years managing, hiring and mentoring data scientists/analysts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders including C-suite, investors, and customer executives
