They have developed a careers, community and educational platform used by thousands of businesses across Germany and 10s of thousands of professionals. What to expect:

You will take on a new cross-functional team of analytics engineers and analysts, as well as continue to hire and build out the team over the course of 2024. In this role you will lead data strategy within the business and set the roadmap for the next years, you will mentor and develop your team of data professionals, own the technical set up and development of the data platform and bring a deep business focus to the role, where you will be a data-sparring partner for non-data or technical stakeholders in the business.

Requirements:

  • A track record of leading data engineering, analytics or data science teams - ideally in a growing scaleup setting
  • You have established leadership principles and are adept at growing and managing data professionals
  • While you are a leader, you are also passionate about technology and keep well up to date with the latest in the data space
  • You are easily able to mix it with non-data, business stakeholders and see this as a key part of your role
