You will be joining one of the market leaders in the music business, home to some of the most famous record labels in the world of music. In their IT team as Head of DevOps, you will form the digital foundation for the business and help gain a competitive advantage in the industry. As Head of DevOps Engineering, you will work on platform tools, direct your staff, and help the product teams with automation, observability and reliability.
You will be leading a team of DevOps engineers, where you will help several engineering teams with DevOps practices and provide trainings to development different teams. This will involve building and architecting platform tools used by different engineering teams. Further, you will guide developers in transformation of legacy systems into modern software and create and review architecture in different areas like eCommerce and Marketing etc. You will be an active contributor to the company culture and to different ways of working by sharing your knowledge as a leader and communicator, leading architecture discussions and more.
