They have been growing organically over the years and show no sign of stopping. Their brand is the leader in its field across 17 different markets, attracting 32 million customers. This keeps their Customer team busy and growing and is now why they need the second Head of Engineering on the platform to help double the organisation in the next 12 months.
You will join a mission-critical business unit at a time that they are looking to double the engineering team. A servant leadership mentality is desirable in order to grow the current team professionally while also facilitating with the scaling plans. With this scale comes many ideas in terms of development and improving the customer journey. You will initially be responsible for 4-5 teams with the possibility to grow this out. This role is based in Berlin and relocation may be considered for the right candidate, ideally within the EU due to current restrictions.
