We’re currently working with one of the fastest growing FinTech scale-ups in Europe. After a recent 90m Series B investment, they are now on a mission in 2021 to scale globally!

They are pioneers in the payments space who facilitate companies of all sizes to scale and grow using one of their many different payment methods combined with their bespoke, unique yet simple API.

They’re currently at around 350 employees with the main HQ being located in Amsterdam and have four other locations across Europe.

What to expect:

As the new Head of Product, you will lead a team of Product Owners and 4 other product engineering teams across various verticals of the product, but with the primary focus around payments. So previous experience in the FinTech/Payments world is majorly preferred.

But you will not only be focussing on team management and leadership, you will also have direct contact with the Co-Founders and VP Product on a regular basis. With you working on both short and long term product strategy.

You and your team will also be responsible for building APIs, checkout experiences, dashboards, components, and platforms in the payments domain, with a focus on usability, reliability, and security. All with a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience managing and building product teams
  • 8+ years experience in a product management role
  • Background in Payments, FinTech, or Ecommerce strongly preferred
  • History in launching/scaling products in the past
  • A get up and go attitude towards your job!
