I’m working with an ambitious and exciting SaaS scale-up headquartered in Rotterdam, who provide a project management tool for construction companies. The construction industry is moving from a document-driven to a data-driven way of working, especially on the more complex project where managing information flows is even more critical.
With an intuitive low-code/no-code FE, they can allow engineers around the world to quickly map out any detail changes, rather than having to go through every single document individually.
They have ambitious plans to scale and onboard larger clients, who are already on a wait list to join their platform. Their current codebase needs a Lead Engineer to come in and not only develop new features for this platform, but also to upgrade and revamp the architecture. You’ll be THE person holding their FE down, by working on their design systems, and introducing testing strategies. Their dynamic FE is fully customisable, and they want to allow their users to completely manage their workflows.
You’ll also be a Lead to 2 other FE engineers, where you’ll be guiding them on best practices, and coaching them to grow into stronger Senior engineers.
