An Amsterdam-based startup that is redefining the Real Estate Industry with their new service desk software is on the hunt for a Dutch-speaking Lead Engineer.

Their plan is to unite all stakeholders in the real estate industry on one platform, allowing owners, asset managers, operators, service providers and tenants to communicate effectively with each other.

What to expect:

You will be focused primarily on leading a small engineering team, soon to be 4/5 backend and frontend engineers, while remaining hands-on on backend projects.

They have an MVP v2 of the product built which is enough to begin migrating customers over to the new version. Now, this new feature must be built in it’s entirety and you will be spearheading that as the Lead Engineer.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience using Python
  • Well-versed in Django and RestAPIs

  • Experience with public cloud services such as AWS
  • A true leader who can help unblock teammates and guide them towards the correct decisions
