OQ have partnered with a growing FinTech in Utrecht, changing the way entrepreneurs and SMEs manage payments and finances. As they set to scale to new international markets, they’re looking to bolster the team with 2 Lead Engineers, experienced in scaling a product and who are, of course, up for the challenge!

What to expect:

As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in expanding the next generation of the SaaS platform that empower SMEs to streamline their financial operations easily, efficiently, and securely.

You’ll lead a team of full stack engineers from a technical perspective, reporting directly to the CTO and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to shape and build the vision for the product. You should expect to make technical decisions that affect scalability and future-proofing of the platform, without being totally removed from being hands-on with the codebase.

Expect to work from the office a few times per week.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in Software Engineering
  • Strong in the Javascript ecosystem.
  • Experienced with React, Node, AWS, GraphQL etc. is ideal.
  • You are excited to work in the office a few times per week.
