Orange Quarter are working with a growing SaaS business in the procurement and supply chain space to hire a Lead SaaS Implementation Consultant. They are a small and lean team, with strong funding and a clear path to profitability. They have over 100 enterprise clients already, and their platform is used by the likes of SAP, Aldi, Rewe and DM.

What to expect:

As a SaaS business onboarding clients is a key part of the customer lifecycle, as Lead SaaS Implementation Consultant you will manage this process from a technical standpoint. You will consult customers, map their onboarding technically, develop integrations and custom features and ensure a smooth onboarding process from a technical standpoint. You may need to dive into some other elements of the business like customer success or pre-sales, but this definitely isn’t a priority.

As a startup, they’re looking for someone highly proactive and who has a real problem solver attitude.

There is a small team of two currently, and you will be tasked with hiring and growing the team. If you would like to, you will have the opportunity to manage this team and make it your own.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in SaaS/Software Implementations, Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering or a similar role
  • A strong technical skillset with some exposure to APIs, JSON, XML and bonus points for Javascript or Typescript
  • A proactive and driven approach to work, this is a scaling startup and a corporate mindset won't work here
  • Strong (B2+) German language skills will help massively in this role and is preferred
