We are partnered with a young YC s22 Start-up here in Berlin who are revolutionising how B2B SaaS companies provide HR integrations to their customers. They are currently a team of 12 (grew from 4 in less than 1 year) and have plans t0 hit Series A funding & triple their headcount next year. It is a seriously exciting time to join them and become one of the founding members of the team. They’re already profitable and have hit 3m of funding. 

To sum up the product: Instead of having to build and maintain many APIs themselves, their customers can integrate with their API once and offer dozens of APIs to their customers instantly.

What to expect:

  • You will technically onboard and work with various of our customers’ teams
  • You will extend their product as needed to make their customers succeed. This could be chasing down a tricky authentication issue, building a new or extending an existing integration, or simply fixing small bugs in our integrations or dashboard. You are expected to commit code yourself
  • Keep track of customer promises and requests, utilizing systems for timely follow-up as needed.
  • You will work with product management to translate your knowledge of customer problems into product insights to shape the direction of their product.
  • You will collaborate with the Development Team to maintain a high level of context about various parts of their codebase and coordinate with the team to ensure high-priority issues are addressed promptly

Requirements:

  • You are a strong engineer and leader that has worked in a Solutions, Post-Sales, or Customer Success Engineering role before. You are collaborative and work well with your peers in Sales, Product, Engineering, and the Customer Success team.
  • You want to take over a lot of responsibility for an excellent customer experience through a great technical product
