We have partnered with an exciting SaaS company in Amsterdam that developed a market-leading platform for job seekers! Their tools enable users to create professional CV’s and cover letters, and sends alerts when relevant openings are available.

They have a large share of the global market already, and are planning to further penetrate the European market in the next year by professionalising their product and expanding the services they provide!

To realise these plans they are now looking to hire a Tech Lead to work with their lean engineering team of 4 people including their CTO, who still is a hands-on contributor to the codebase.

What to expect:

As the first in-house Product Designer, you will own the entire end-to-end design process of all projects and be the go-to person in the company for all design work and questions. You will have a lot of ownership and autonomy in your work, and be able to influence strategy and help define the road map.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading design projects end-to-end
  • Experience working on B2C web apps
