We’re currently working with a Beer-powered, SaaS platform that allows breweries across the UK to be connected with their customers and also streamline their sales needs. Features on the platform include a measuring platform, a live storefront, marketplace functionality, and access to new distributors. The company has seen huge success in targeting this niche market so far and is already profitable after only a couple of years in business. Right now they are onboarding new breweries everything month and have expansion plans for international growth. They are hiring their first-ever product designer to join the team to help scale the platform for its anticipated growth and integrate new features based on product needs.
As the first product designer on the team, you will have complete ownership of the design system. The current design system is at a stage where you can truly influence the UI direction of the product and also grow with the company in design skills and seniority within the team. You will work closely with the CPO to discover users’ needs and integrate new features and collaborate with the engineers to understand timelines. It’s a small, startup team and everyone is highly engaged with the future of the company so showing a passion for its growth is vital.
