We are partnering with an exciting scale-up shaping the market for the health care of elderly people. After a successful product market fit and raising 30 million euro for a Series B round last year, they are now expanding to Germany. They are very mission-driven as well as ambitious, with the current challenge of adapting their successful UK product to the German market.

What to expect:

This is their first product hire in Germany, joining as part of the German founding team. The ideal candidate for this role has experience building product from scratch and enjoys the 0-1 phase, allowing for experimentation and growth opportunities. In terms of responsibilities, this Product Lead will be in charge of drafting and defining the product roadmap for Germany, working closely with the product leadership. At least at the beginning, this will still be an IC role with no direct reports, but rather focusing on product market fit and high-level strategic priorities.
