We have partnered with an extremely exciting start-up who are in the Robot Automation Processing (RAP) space. Essentially their product removes repetitive tasks for employers so they can focus on work that matters. 80% of their clients are in the healthcare space, so their product allows healthcare workers to focus solely on providing healthcare services and removes the need to perform tasks that can be viewed as repetitive or tedious. The company is part of a larger group but works independently, so stability is not an issue, and this is highlighted by growing the company from 4 people last year to 24 which is their current size.
You will join a small team of ambitious and proactive employees, all driven by the same goal and motivation. You will be coordinating processes for customers in line with the business’s expectations. You will work together with the Customer Success team and the Delivery and support team to guide improvements to existing or new solutions for customers.
