Orange Quarter is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing startup team in Berlin. As a Recruitment Consultant, you might not have previous recruitment experience however the ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales and a people-first mindset. You will need to be confident in building relationships through conversation, whether that be phone-based or in-person. Our ideal candidate has a competitive streak and motivated and ready to learn the OQ way.
Daily you will be sourcing passive and active candidates for our strong client network across Germany. A pivotal part of your role will be supporting candidates through various hiring processes from CV advice through to interview or technical assignment preparation.
You’ll also actively build a client network of your own, reaching out to businesses daily, identifying areas Orange Quarter can offer value and eventually building their tech teams.
We all strive to become market specialists, meaning you’ll educate yourself toward an in-depth understanding of the area you hire (this could be Data, DevOps, Development, Product, UX/UI, Marketing, Mobile Development and more). We attend tech events, read resources online and keep up to date with industry news to ensure we are able to communicate with and understand our candidates and clients on a deeper level.
Each OQ Recruitment Consultant works with our marketing team on building a network and attracting the right candidate through various inbound and outbound tools.
