Orange Quarter have partnered with a European scale-up focused on disrupting the efficiency and security of cloud workloads, with the end goal of reducing cloud computing’s contribution to climate change.
Their product is an open source cloud tooling suite that seamlessly integrates into the wider cloud ecosystem. Built with Golang, we’re searching for experienced Go/Cloud Native Engineers who are passionate about the open source space and building a product that tackles climate change.
A strong engineering culture in a team/company of highly experienced, autonomous engineers.
Your primary responsibility is building the tooling suite with Go, but expect to dive low into the operating system layers and occasionally build frontend components as well.
The role is remote across Europe, so expect to be given the freedom to explore ideas; failure is a necessary part of building the product.
