We are working with a MedTech company who have just been acquired by an industry giant in a bid to destabilize the monopoly held by corporate giants in the US market. How long have you spent on hold waiting to get through to a doctor so you can ask them a simple question you probably already knew the answer to? This is one of the problems they are solving by building an asynchronous communication platform so you can instant message your doctor. Additionally, they are introducing telemedicine solutions as well as features that allow you to book/amend/cancel appointments and renew prescriptions.

What to expect:

  • Lead the performance test efforts within the organization, sharing your knowledge of performance testing methods.
  • Establish and provide transparent metrics, via application monitoring, which will help the team to understand the current performance metrics, KPIs, and health of their applications and features.
  • Continuously improve the performance testing strategy for manual and automated testing by proposing and implementing comprehensive testing solutions (method and tools), and finding creative ways to test and debug issues.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience working in a Quality Engineering with a focus on Performance Test.
  • Experienced in performance testing methodologies (e.g. Load, Stress, Scalability testing) and tools within cloud environments.
  • Experience with Locust/ K6.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, communicate asynchronously, and work well within the wider organization.
