Orange Quarter is working with a scaling fintech business with an investment platform for American 401K pension plans. Unlike other businesses in this industry, this company focuses on micro and small businesses with a more accessible fee structure. They already have a growing number of businesses as their customers, and are now looking to pivot to more of a SaaS structure, specifically tailoring their software to the needs of their clients.

What to expect:

Because of the change in strategy, they expect a lot of growth for the coming time, and are also looking to hire more engineers to support this. As the team is split across New York and Amsterdam, they are looking for someone who can be productive outside of an office, and who has got hands-on working experience with Python. They extensively work with Kubernetes and FastAPI, and are considering Golang as secondary language to improve the speed of the product.

Requirements:
