Orange Quarter is currently hiring a Senior Engineer for a SaaS platform’s newest Digital Product Passport. The company has established itself with a highly successful Product Lifecycle management application for retailers to have access to a transparent supply chain. In past years, this has become increasingly important both for ecological and human rights purposes and it has recently even become regulated by the EU for products sold in the region. With this shift in the market in mind, this startup is offering a revolutionary Digital Product Passport that will allow retailers to track the products they sell and authentic products as well. The brand already has partnerships with Google, Facebook, and just closed another one with Coinbase.
You will be joining of team of around 15 engineers split into 3 squads dependent on priorities projects. They need someone to join who feels confident about taking ownership of the Digital Product Passport and being able to contribute to other areas of the engineering team as needed. Mentoring and supporting other junior developers will be a factor for this position as well. The tech stack relies mainly on Node.js and Typescript with an emphasis on infrastructure knowledge as well including AWS, Kubernetes Klusters, Docker, etc. If you’re looking to have ownership of a product with real market viability this could be your next role!
