Orange Quarter have partnered with an established consultancy in Utrecht to grow their new Solutions Architecture team. They’re a small, relaxed consultancy working with enterprise clients on long term projects. Historically, these projects have been in the cyber security and backend/platform development area, but demand from clients for Solutions Architects to solve large-scale challenges has kicked off the growth of this new team.

What to expect:

The new Solutions Architecture team is small and experienced, solving problems for enterprise clients. You’ll leverage your knowledge and experience working in similar environments to advise on digital solutions on a technical and conceptual level, end-to-end; you’re the interface between the business and tech. Your business/consumer impact will vary, depending on the project, working in industries like banking and FinTech, renewables, education, insurance, FMCG etc.

The role is remote, with some clients requiring onsite 2 times per week. Of course, commuting expenses is covered (car allowance) alongside a very competitive benefits/salary package.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working on backend tech (Java, .NET etc.)
  • Experienced in several architectural landscapes, with some form of solutions architect responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
