We’ve partnered with a startup that’s rebuilding the way construction projects are managed. Their product, an all-inclusive SaaS platform, is already used by ten of the largest construction firms across NL/DE. The core platform is built, but with an overwhelming interest in the product, we’re growing the teams to tackle performance and optimisation.
This opportunity also affords lots of autonomy and flexibility, including async-work, a work-from-home policy, and flexible hours.
As one of the first Backend Engineers in the team, you’ll be given a lot of autonomy to execute tickets and establish processes/practices as you see fit. The CTO is looking for someone who is fast-thinking and can operate on an individual basis without a lot of guidance. Ideally, you will be proficient in Node.js and the Javascript/Typescript ecosystem with an interest in DevOps and willingness to dive into the React frontend as well. You will also be expected to be product minded and work collaboratively with the Frontend and Product teams.
