They are now looking to hire an experienced Growth and Strategic Partnership Manager! Are you passionate about partnerships and growth? Then we need you! As our Growth & Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will build strategic alliances to make their solutions accessible to even more companies.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that contribute to the business growth goals, based on clear benefits for our customers and corresponding KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally and closely with internal teams from sales, marketing, customer success and software development to develop and implement the right strategies for meaningful partnerships
  • Identify and prioritize partnership initiation based on market trends and customer needs
  • Analyze and optimize their existing partnerships and drive continuous improvements and innovations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic partnerships
  • An active track record for developing and implementing successful partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the energy market and related technologies to identify and evaluate partnerships
  • Excellent project management skills, especially in leading cross-functional teams
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
