Join a fintech company that is the market leader in online pre-paid payments. Founded in 2012, they have a presence in over 160 countries and , 3M customers and over 70M in funding. They are looking for an ambitious Tech Lead to join their Payments & Risk Team. You will be setting the technical direction of their new risk assessment platform. For that, the platform will need to process huge amounts of data and create personal profiles for the customers.

What to expect:

You will be setting the technical direction of the team, coaching more junior developers while still being quite hands-on. Their main stack is PHP, Ruby, Python, Vue.js and Typescript. You will need to write, review and test clean scalable code to support a rapid and ambitious expansion.

Requirements:

  • Some experience with mentoring other engineers and leading design discussions.
  • A pragmatic approach to software design - design concepts and principles (i.e. DDD, OOD patterns, SOLID)
  • Deep knowledge of back-end frameworks and languages (PHP, Ruby, Python, and/or Typescript)
  • Experience in building and operating services in public cloud.
