Orange Quarter entered into a strategic partnership with Exact, a prominent global leader in Cloud business software catering to SMEs and their accountants. The objective of this collaboration was to facilitate a comprehensive expansion of Exact’s operations across all business domains. During this engagement, Orange Quarter played a pivotal role in augmenting their engineering workforce, with a specific emphasis on recruiting proficient .NET Software Engineers.

Results

By working closely together with the hiring team at Exact we got a good understanding of the type of engineer that they were looking for, and most of the profiles we sent actually got interviewed. By having regular contact with both client and candidate we managed to streamline the process and expand their engineering teams with 19 engineers!
